PNC IMPORTS PTY LTD provides services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at PNC IMPORTS, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future PNC IMPORTS service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with PNC IMPORTS, whether or not included in the PNC IMPORTS website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
PRICES
All prices exclude GST and freight. The prices displayed are wholesale prices. PNC IMPORTS reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order quantities and a minimum order spend apply for all orders. All orders must be $200.00 or over (excluding GST and freight). For minimum order quantities please refer to our online ordering portal for information on each product, as carton quantities vary.
PRE-ORDERS
If your order contains pre-ordered items then your order will be shipped in full once the pre-ordered items become available. If you would like to split your order, please note that each order must be a minimum amount of $200.00.
Christmas pre-orders will not be dispatched until all of the stock becomes available (Christmas – from September/October).
ORDERS FROM NEW CUSTOMERS
All customers commence on a pro-forma basis. This requires payment details to be provided to PNC IMPORTS prior to orders being packed and prepared for dispatch. Orders will not be completed until full payment has been made.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only), Cheque and Direct Deposit as payment for orders.
CREDIT ACCOUNT
Credit accounts are available to customers who have been approved by PNC IMPORTS. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the date of invoice otherwise the account will revert back to pro-forma.
